"Site is not responding" is displayed by the Endpoint Security Client while trying to create a new VPN Site. Endpoint Client can create site with SecureClient R60, but not with Endpoint Security Client E75.30, or E80.50. Changing the Platform Portal in SmartDashboard is not possible. Jul 24, 2020 Oct 16, 2012 · Cisco VPN Client 5.0.07.0410: Error 1720. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package.
I believe it uninstalled the old (migrated) VPN Client but did not do the install of the new VPN Client. Every time I attempt to install, I get error 1720. There is a problem with this Windows Installer Package.A script required for this install to complete could not be run. I called Cisco support and they led me here.
