Ive had same issue but with documents copied to my computer screen. They originally were sent to me via an email but once I copied to computer I erased the emails so I can't do what people are suggesting. I have never, not, been able to open them before now. It's been several days. I have followed the steps that are suppose to correct this · Now, copy the temporary email address given on the main screen · Use it on the verification menu or anywhere else from where you want to receive the Email. · Now, scroll down where you will see the inbox. · Wait for a couple of seconds and your Email will be there. This was the whole process of using our Temporary email. Same issue for two days now. I can't even work. Very frustrating! If anyone has an answer as to why this is happening, and a solution, that would be great.
